Eveline Mutsaers provides legal advice in relation to corporate law transactions. Her focus is on venture capital, M&A and fund-to-fund investments.

Eveline advises investment funds and early stage companies in relation to domestic and international venture capital investments and bridge financings. She also advises buyers and sellers in strategic M&A transactions and exits, and institutional and regional investors in fund-to-fund investments.

Previously Eveline worked with the international firm Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and London and the reputable firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto (Silicon Valley), California.

Eveline went to law school at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She received her LLM. in Transnational Business Practice from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in California. She passed the California Bar Exam, qualifying her to practice law in California (currently inactive member of the California Bar).
