Wouter Hofstee is a corporate/M&A specialist who regularly acts for Dutch and international private equity and venture capital firms (sell- and buy side) as well as founders, family-owned companies and corporates. He has led numerous successful acquisitions and exits for investors, and has both private and public M&A experience. Wouter holds an LL.M. from the University of Groningen (cum laude). Before joining Olym in 2023, Wouter worked at the M&A departments of Stibbe in Amsterdam and New York, and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam.
