econic, active in the field of sustainable homes, has secured a new investment of 10 million euro from London-based investment office Rinkelberg Capital. We advised econic and its founder shareholders.

We advised Enzyre on an investment by Novalis Biotechnology Incubation. Novalis, through its seed fund, participated as co-financer in the Corona Bridge Loan granted by the Dutch government in support of innovative start-ups and scale-ups. Enzyre develops breakthrough ambulant diagnostic technology focused on blood coagulation.

We advised AMT Medical with its Series A financing by regional investor Oost NL and existing shareholders NextGen Ventures and Utrecht Holdings (UU / UMCU). AMT Medical is developing a unique coronary bypass system that enables safe, affordable and easy-to-use minimally invasive bypass surgery.  

We advised SET Ventures on its investment in Flexidao, a start-up in the field of energy and blockchain. Existing shareholder KIC Innoenergy also participated in this round. With this investment Flexidao wants to accelerate the international growth of its blockchain-based energy delivery service and develop new use cases based on the existing middleware platform.

We advised Gilde Healthcare Partners, a European healthcare investor, in the most recent financing round of Lumicks. Lumicks is a life sciences tools company commercializing and developing first-in-class instruments for real-time manipulation and visualization of interactions at the single-molecule level.

We advised Innovation Industries in its investment in Aito. Innovation Industries is an independent venture capital fund investing in the high tech, med tech, food and the energy fields. Aito is a frontrunner in the global human interface market. Their touch and haptic feedback controllers provide a best-in-class user experience for products such as smartphones, laptops and car infotainment systems, based on their unique and patented technology.

We advised SET Ventures and Eneco with their investment in GreenFlux, as part of a total Series B round of EUR 11M. Existing shareholders Brabantse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij (BOM) and ICT Group N.V. also participated in the round. GreenFlux provides an electric mobility infrastructure management platform that supports the operations of charge point operators all over the world.
