We advised Prime Ventures on their investment, together with Macquarie Capital, in Takaway.com. Simultaneously, Takeaway.com acquired the German food delivery site Lieferando.de. With the acquisition Takeaway.com becomes the largest food delivery website in continental Europe. Previously (in 2011) Marcel advised Prime Ventures on its initial investment in Takeaway.com. ^*
