MEOS, a specialized IT service provider since 1996 that implements and manages IT solutions for medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations throughout the Netherlands, has been acquired by Smizer, a platform of regional IT partners backed by investment firm Riverdam. Olym advised the selling shareholders of MEOS in this transaction.
