The new financing round in which € 2,2 million was raised, was led by SET Ventures with participation of existing investor Ponooc.  Trunkrs is conquering the Dutch market for same day and next day parcel deliveries at a rapid pace. Not only does the company offer fast and reliable deliveries, it also made it their mission to make parcel delivery sustainable.

We advised Cellpoint on its financing round, in which it raised growth capital from NanoDimension. CellPoint is active in the field of immuno-oncology and is developing a disruptive CAR-T production and supply model that allows cancer patients to be treated faster, more effectively and at lower cost.

Novalis, through its seed fund, participated as co-financer in the Corona Bridge Loan granted by the Dutch government in support of innovative start-ups and scale-ups. We advised AMT Medical with its Series A financing by regional investor Oost NL and existing shareholders NextGen Ventures and Utrecht Holdings (UU / UMCU). AMT Medical is developing a unique coronary bypass system that enables safe, affordable and easy-to-use minimally invasive bypass surgery.

We advised Standard Investment and the other shareholders of Flatfield with the sale of the shares in Flatfield to NCAB Group. Flatfield is de largest Dutch supplier of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). NCAB Group is one of the world’s largest suppliers of PCBs, with headquarter in Sweden and listed at NASDAQ Stockholm. NCAB Group strengthens its position in the Benelux and Germany with the acquisition of Flatfield.

We advised the shareholder of Gebr. Van der Steen Bedrijven in the sale of the family business to Van Dorp Groep. Gebr. Van der Steen is specialised in building, managing and maintaining infrastructure under and above ground.

We advised SET Ventures on its investment in Flexidao, a start-up in the field of energy and blockchain. Existing shareholder KIC Innoenergy also participated in this round. With this investment Flexidao wants to accelerate the international growth of its blockchain-based energy delivery service and develop new use cases based on the existing middleware platform.
