We advised Prince Minerals, a leading international manufacturer of custom designed additions and mineral products, on the acquisition of Pemco International. Pemco is a manufacturer of porcelain enamel and specialty glass additives for household appliances and a range of industrial, metallurgical and glass applications. The company has factories in Belgium, Italy, USA, Argentina and Brazil. Niels Hofkes acted as coordinating counsel in this international transaction.
