We advised Anterra Capital (as manager of the interest held by Rabo Ventures) on various growth equity financing rounds of Ceradis. Ceradis develops and markets innovative environmental friendly solutions for Plant Nutrition, Crop Protection and Formulation Services in order to create safer food. Ceradis products have a patented formulation, optimal activity of the ingredients and excellent handling characteristics for the end-users. * *  Marcel van de Vorst led this transaction whilst at previous law firm.

We advised Prime Ventures on their investment, together with Macquarie Capital, in Takaway.com. Simultaneously, Takeaway.com acquired the German food delivery site Lieferando.de. With the acquisition Takeaway.com becomes the largest food delivery website in continental Europe. Previously (in 2011) Marcel advised Prime Ventures on its initial investment in Takeaway.com. * *  Marcel van de Vorst led these transactions whilst at previous law firm.
