Centric, together with investment vehicle Spacetime, will support founder and newly appointed CEO Willem van Kralingen in strengthening Twelve's services and accelerating its European growth strategy. Arrive, a global leader in digital parking and mobility solutions, has acquired Proximus Group’s majority stake in Be-Mobile. Be-Mobile is a Benelux market leader in driver companion apps, mobility payments, and traffic data services. The company is best known for its platforms 4411, with over 1 million active users generating 4 million monthly parking sessions, and Flitsmeister, which serves a driver community of approximately 3 million active users. Blubrake has secured €12 million in funding to drive mass adoption of its Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) for light electric vehicles. The funding comes from a round co-led by micromobility investment fund Fundracer, venture capital fund Algebris Climatech and component supplier Tris-Star Group.
