We advised Prime Ventures on their investment, together with Macquarie Capital, in Takaway.com. Simultaneously, Takeaway.com acquired the German food delivery site Lieferando.de. With the acquisition Takeaway.com becomes the largest food delivery website in continental Europe. Previously (in 2011) Marcel advised Prime Ventures on its initial investment in Takeaway.com. ^*

We advised Standard Investment on the acquisition of HE Tubing, a producer of aluminum micro-port extrusion (MPE) tubes that are used in particular for automotive air conditioning systems. The company is located in Harderwijk and offers state-of-the-art production facilities. HE Tubing was formerly part of the wider aluminum extrusion operations of Sapa.

We advised Prince Minerals, a leading international manufacturer of custom designed additions and mineral products, on the acquisition of Pemco International. Pemco is a manufacturer of porcelain enamel and specialty glass additives for household appliances and a range of industrial, metallurgical and glass applications. The company has factories in Belgium, Italy, USA, Argentina and Brazil. Niels Hofkes acted as coordinating counsel in this international transaction.
