Spotler Group, a company that has invested in building and developing a portfolio of leading digital marketing and communications technologies that simplify the complexity of multi-channel marketing, sales and customer service, has acquired Sooqr, a company that has an all-in-one conversion suite of tools for site search, recommendations and merchandising. By joining the Spotler Group, Sooqr will further enhance the personalised eCommerce capabilities of Squeezely, another company that Spotler Group bought in 2021. By bringing together Sooqr and Squeezely’s capabilities, the Spotler Group aims to create an emerging all-in-one Customer Data Experience Platform (CDXP). This will enable retailers to leverage insight into customer behaviour, preferences and buying patterns to personalise the end-to-end shopping experience and improve customer engagement, conversion rates and revenue, all in the same platform.
